Labem, jako t\u0159et\u00ed d\u00edt\u011b rodi\u010d\u016f Jana Karla a jeho \u017eeny Anny, ze star\u00e9ho vladyck\u00e9ho rodu Z\u00e1smuck\u00fdch\u00b9 , star\u0161\u00ed sestra se vdala a prost\u0159edn\u00ed bratr zem\u0159el. B\u00fdvala od d\u011btstv\u00ed \u010dasto nemocn\u00e1 a slab\u00e1, ale \u017eivotopisci zaznamen\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee se oproti tomu v jej\u00ed du\u0161i rozv\u00edjely \u2013 vzhledem k jej\u00edmu v\u011bku nezvykl\u00e9 \u2013 ctnosti a Bo\u017e\u00ed dary. Zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b je zaznamen\u00e1na jej\u00ed \u00facta k Pann\u011b Marii, kterou \u010dasto zdravila a zdobila jej\u00ed obr\u00e1zky kv\u011bty. Pak ud\u00e1lost osobn\u00edho setk\u00e1n\u00ed s Pannou Mari\u00ed, kterou spat\u0159ila v nebi jednou v sobotu ve\u010der, kdy\u017e z\u00e1meck\u00fd kaplan rozmlouval s jej\u00edmi rodi\u010di. D\u011bv\u010d\u00e1tko i jej\u00ed okol\u00ed to pochopili jako znamen\u00ed, \u017ee se m\u00e1 zcela zasv\u011btit Bohu, v souladu s touhami sv\u00e9ho srdce. Rodi\u010de Maxmili\u00e1ny ale zem\u0159eli, a ona jako nedosp\u011bl\u00fd sirotek byla sv\u011b\u0159ena p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00e9mu Rudolfovi do opatrovnick\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de. Ten zam\u00fd\u0161lel si kr\u00e1snou a majetnou sle\u010dnu vz\u00edt za man\u017eelku, ale ona trvala na sv\u00e9m \u00famyslu zcela se zasv\u011btit jin\u00e9mu \u017denichovi. Proto ji Rudolf za\u010dal fyzicky i du\u0161evn\u011b t\u00fdrat, co\u017e vyvrcholilo n\u011bkolika pokusy o zn\u00e1siln\u011bn\u00ed. Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed se j\u00ed s pomoc\u00ed jin\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00e9ho poda\u0159ilo uprchnout do Roudnice na z\u00e1mek Lobkowicz\u016f. Kn\u00ed\u017ee V\u00e1clav Eusebius ji velkodu\u0161n\u011b p\u0159ijal. Maxmili\u00e1na mu sv\u011b\u0159ila svou touhu po \u0159eholn\u00edm zasv\u011bcen\u00ed. Aby vyzkou\u0161el opravdovost jej\u00edho \u00famyslu, poslal ji na rok do Prahy pe\u010dovat o svou starou p\u0159\u00edbuznou. Vrto\u0161iv\u00e1 teta ale d\u00edvku zneu\u017e\u00edvala a t\u00fdrala; p\u0159ed jej\u00edm odjezdem se v\u0161ak pod vlivem d\u00edv\u010diny tichosti a trp\u011blivosti obr\u00e1tila a nato ji bohat\u011b obdarovala a sv\u011b\u0159ila se do jej\u00edch modliteb. Po n\u00e1vratu do Roudnice kn\u00ed\u017ee dohodl vstup Maxmili\u00e1ny do nedalek\u00e9ho Doksansk\u00e9ho kl\u00e1\u0161tera, kde byla roku 1673 slavnostn\u011b p\u0159ijata p\u0159evorkou Juli\u00e1nou Vr\u0161ovcovou a probo\u0161tem \u0160t\u011bp\u00e1nem Kielmannem. Slavn\u00e9 sliby slo\u017eila po dvoulet\u00e9m novici\u00e1t\u011b dne 8. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 1675. Za dva roky pot\u00e9 p\u0159ijala velaci\u00b2 ve dvaceti letech, co\u017e byla naprost\u00e1 v\u00fdjimka, a tento fakt sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed o jej\u00ed v\u00fdborn\u00e9 duchovn\u00ed zralosti. Kr\u00e1tce po profesi onemocn\u011bla (snad revmatismem) tak, \u017ee mohla jen le\u017eet, oslepla a \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010den\u00ed j\u00ed nepom\u00e1halo; zd\u00e1lo se, \u017ee zem\u0159e. Jak bylo jej\u00edm zvykem, modlila se k Pann\u011b Marii o pomoc. A\u010d slep\u00e1, spat\u0159ila najednou op\u011bt svou nebeskou ochr\u00e1nkyni, kter\u00e1 ji poru\u010dila poprosit probo\u0161ta, aby ji poslali do nedalek\u00fdch l\u00e1zn\u00ed v Teplic\u00edch a cestou zp\u011bt aby se zastavila na poutn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b Maria-Schein (dnes Bohosudov), kde bude uzdravena na 7 let. Slova Matky Bo\u017e\u00ed se opravdu splnila. Z\u00e1zrak \u00fapln\u00e9ho uzdraven\u00ed se ud\u00e1l b\u011bhem pozdvihov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i m\u0161i svat\u00e9 v Bohosudov\u011b\u00b3. Odsud poch\u00e1z\u00ed t\u00e9\u017e jedin\u00e9 zobrazen\u00ed Maxmili\u00e1ny a sc\u00e9ny uzdraven\u00ed na fresce v ambitech tamn\u00edho kostela. Na\u0161e sestra se vr\u00e1tila do kl\u00e1\u0161tera, kde mohla bez pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed plnit v\u0161echny sv\u00e9 povinnosti a \u00fakoly; v\u00edme o tom, \u017ee byla sakrist\u00e1nkou a um\u011bla velmi kr\u00e1sn\u011b vy\u0161\u00edvat a zdobit perli\u010dkami i dracouny relikvi\u00e1\u0159e, so\u0161ky a paramenta, snad byla tak\u00e9 hospod\u00e1\u0159kou domu\u2074. Pro svou tichost a pracovitost ji m\u00ednil probo\u0161t Dominik Girnth navrhnout jako p\u0159evorku\u2075, ale ona to nal\u00e9hav\u011b odm\u00edtala, proto\u017ee se b\u00e1la odpov\u011bdnosti za du\u0161e\u2076. Po jeho smrti dal\u0161\u00ed probo\u0161t Maxmili\u00e1nu zkou\u0161el, kdy\u017e ji dal jako pomocnou sestru k fortn\u00fd\u0159ce &#8211; konvr\u0161ce. Zde se osv\u011bd\u010dila pokorn\u00fdm a tich\u00fdm chov\u00e1n\u00edm, tak\u017ee Franti\u0161ek Waldhauser ji t\u00e9to funkce brzy zprostil a opakoval n\u00e1vrh sv\u00e9ho p\u0159edch\u016fdce, kter\u00fd ale odm\u00edtla je\u0161t\u011b rozhodn\u011bji\u2077. V t\u00e9to dob\u011b za\u010dala m\u00edt vid\u011bn\u00ed du\u0161\u00ed v o\u010distci, kter\u00e9 ji \u017e\u00e1daly o pomoc, aby byly vysvobozeny jist\u00fdm po\u010dtem modliteb, ob\u011bt\u00ed a m\u0161\u00ed svat\u00fdch. D\u016fkazem t\u011bchto n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv du\u0161\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nap\u0159. vyp\u00e1len\u00e1 ruka na klek\u00e1tku, nebo na n\u011bkolika listech pap\u00edru, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1me uschov\u00e1ny i s p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhem, kter\u00fd se k nim v\u00e1\u017ee. Nebyly to ov\u0161em jen n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy du\u0161\u00ed, ale t\u00e9\u017e \u00fatoky (i fyzick\u00e9) a poku\u0161en\u00ed \u010f\u00e1bla. Tato vid\u011bn\u00ed popisuje st\u0159\u00edzliv\u011b a bez p\u0159\u00edkras pr\u00e1v\u011b jej\u00ed zpov\u011bdn\u00edk\u2078. Vize byly i p\u0159edpov\u011b\u010fmi budouc\u00edch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed nebo varov\u00e1n\u00edmi p\u0159ed nebezpe\u010d\u00edm hroz\u00edc\u00ed du\u0161\u00edm. Co se t\u00fd\u010de p\u0159edpov\u011bd\u00ed, je aspo\u0148 u n\u011bkter\u00fdch dolo\u017eeno, \u017ee se splnily. Jej\u00ed intervence ve prosp\u011bch du\u0161\u00ed se konaly prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm probo\u0161ta, jak sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed jej\u00ed dochovan\u00e1 korespondence\u2079. Je jist\u00e9, \u017ee tyto v\u011bci vyvol\u00e1valy v konvent\u011b i v okol\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 reakce. Maxmili\u00e1na pochopiteln\u011b trp\u011bla pomluvami i nepochopen\u00edm sv\u00e9ho okol\u00ed. P\u0159esto \u017eivotopisci zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed jej\u00ed trp\u011bliv\u00e9 sn\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed nemoc\u00ed a zbo\u017enost, nikoliv mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 jevy\u00b9\u2070. Za zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed zm\u00ednku tak\u00e9 stoj\u00ed jej\u00ed n\u00e1padn\u00e1 mari\u00e1nsk\u00e1 \u00facta vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00e1 navenek p\u00e9\u010d\u00ed o sochu, kterou j\u00ed s dovolen\u00edm probo\u0161ta v\u011bnovala jej\u00ed novicmistrov\u00e1 na sv\u00e9m \u00famrtn\u00edm lo\u017ei. Maxmili\u00e1na ji ozdobila n\u011bkolika bohat\u011b vy\u0161\u00edvan\u00fdmi \u0161ati\u010dkami a velmi v n\u00ed uct\u00edvala Matku Bo\u017e\u00ed cel\u00fdch \u010dty\u0159icet let sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota. P\u0159ed svou smrt\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dala probo\u0161ta Miku, aby mohla b\u00fdt tato socha ve\u0159ejn\u011b uct\u00edv\u00e1na a aby byla pro ni postavena kaple. P\u0159es po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed zdr\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed probo\u0161ta se tak stalo. Kaple na severn\u00ed stran\u011b kostela s centr\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u016fdorysem byla dokon\u010dena roku 1720 a zasv\u011bcena titulu Zasnouben\u00ed Panny Marie s Josefem\u00b9\u00b9. Milostn\u00e1 socha byla skute\u010dn\u011b uct\u00edv\u00e1na mnoh\u00fdmi, v roce 1729 byly vyd\u00e1ny dokonce litanie k Pann\u011b Marii doksansk\u00e9, kde je i rytinka t\u00e9to sochy od J.Hiebela\u00b9\u00b2. (N\u011bkdy se tato socha zam\u011b\u0148uje s ikonou vladimirsk\u00e9 Madony, kter\u00e1 byla do r. 1977 na olt\u00e1\u0159i svat\u00e9ho Vav\u0159ince v kostele, na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b ale bylo v\u011bnov\u00e1n\u00ed\u00b9\u00b3). O so\u0161e a kapli p\u00ed\u0161e tak\u00e9 jej\u00ed zpov\u011bdn\u00edk\u00b9\u2074. Maxmili\u00e1na v\u0161ak p\u0159edpov\u011bd\u011bla, \u017ee se dostavby kaple nedo\u017eije. Zem\u0159ela skute\u010dn\u011b 11.\u010dervna 1718 a byla pochov\u00e1na v krypt\u011b kostela. Ve strahovsk\u00e9m archivu jsou dochov\u00e1ny profesn\u00ed l\u00edstky sester z t\u00e9to doby a zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed slo\u017eku tvo\u0159\u00ed l\u00edstky sester, jejich\u017e t\u011bla byla neporu\u0161ena; mezi 6 \u0159eholnicemi je pr\u00e1v\u011b Maxmili\u00e1na\u00b9\u2075. (Nev\u00edme, kdy byla krypta naposledy otev\u0159ena, ale tento \u00fadaj mus\u00ed poch\u00e1zet z doby p\u0159ed zru\u0161en\u00edm kl\u00e1\u0161tera r. 1782, Maxmili\u00e1na byla v tomto roce u\u017e 64 let po smrti.) Zkusme si nyn\u00ed v\u00edce p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eit prost\u0159ed\u00ed a \u017eivot kl\u00e1\u0161tera v dob\u011b, kdy v n\u011bm na\u0161e sestra \u017eila. Narodila se a vstoupila do Doksan v dob\u011b, kdy vrcholila rekatolizace \u010cech. Doksansk\u00fd kl\u00e1\u0161ter se ji\u017e vzpamatoval z pohromy t\u0159icetilet\u00e9 v\u00e1lky, stavebn\u00ed \u010dinnost byla v pln\u00e9m proudu. Sestry byly nap\u0159. v roce 1689 uvedeny do nov\u00e9 konventn\u00ed budovy, tedy 16 let po Maxmili\u00e1nin\u011b vstupu. Probo\u0161ti v\u011bnovali velkou p\u00e9\u010di za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a p\u0159estavb\u011b kostela. Sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed to o celkem poklidn\u00e9m rozvoji; nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u0161\u0165astn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti byly sp\u00ed\u0161e nemoci (epidemie moru 1680 a 1713 na Roudnicku\u00b9\u2076) nebo \u00famrt\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch osob, nap\u0159. probo\u0161t\u016f aj. V dob\u011b smrti probo\u0161ta Miky (1733) se ud\u00e1v\u00e1 po\u010det sester na 49; v dob\u011b \u017eivota Maxmili\u00e1ny to byl tedy konvent v pr\u016fm\u011bru o 40 sestr\u00e1ch; ka\u017ed\u00fd rok byly obvykle p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1ny 1-2 novicky\u00b9\u2077. Sestry \u017eily podle Statut z roku 1630, kter\u00e1 byla vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00edm nov\u00e9 horlivosti pro vita apostolica, obnoven\u00edm \u0159eholn\u00edho \u017eivota p\u0159esn\u00fdm zachov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm slib\u016f, pozvednut\u00edm a sjednocen\u00edm ducha \u0159\u00e1du\u00b9\u2078. Na Strahov\u011b vydal Jeron\u00fdm Hirnhaim \u0158e\u010d svat\u00e9ho Norberta (1676), Leonard Goffin\u00e9 svou Handpostille (1690) a Charles Hugo se p\u0159ipravoval napsat sv\u00e9 Annales ordinis Praemonstratensis. V \u010cech\u00e1ch se v pln\u00e9m proudu rozv\u00edjelo baroko nejen jako architektonick\u00fd sloh, ale jako celkov\u00e1 um\u011bleck\u00e1 kultura se snahou vytv\u00e1\u0159et mohutn\u00fd dojem. Na doksansk\u00e9m k\u016fru asi zazn\u00edvala d\u00edla Adama V\u00e1clava Michny z Otradovic nebo jezuity Mat\u011bje \u0160teyera, kter\u00e1 zp\u00edv\u00e1me dodnes. Jedn\u00edm slovem, Maxmili\u00e1na se narodila do doby \u0161\u0165astn\u00e9ho rozkv\u011btu n\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Toto prost\u0159ed\u00ed j\u00ed bylo \u00farodnou p\u016fdou, kde jej\u00ed duchovn\u00ed \u017eivot mohl zapustit ko\u0159eny a rozvinout se do pln\u00e9 kr\u00e1sy. P\u0159edstavme si te\u010f Maxmili\u00e1nu jako premonstr\u00e1tku sv\u00e9 doby. Jako mnoho jin\u00fdch \u017eensk\u00fdch \u0159\u00e1dov\u00fdch postav poch\u00e1zela ze \u0161lechtick\u00e9ho rodu. I p\u0159es osi\u0159elost na po\u010d\u00e1tku dosp\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, mohla t\u011b\u017eit z dobr\u00e9 v\u00fdchovy rodi\u010d\u016f; jist\u011b z\u00edskala v d\u011bdictv\u00ed pat\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9 v\u011bno pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro vstup do kl\u00e1\u0161tera jako ch\u00f3rov\u00e1 sestra. Ze sv\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed si pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b p\u0159inesla talent a z\u00e1klady um\u011bleck\u00e9ho vy\u0161\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed. Mluvila a psala snad n\u011bmecky, jak bylo v jej\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed zvykem; latinu musela zn\u00e1t alespo\u0148 z\u010d\u00e1sti kv\u016fli ch\u00f3rov\u00e9mu oficiu. A\u010dkoliv zachov\u00e1vala p\u0159esn\u011b Statuta i zvyky domu a byla podle nich vzornou \u0159eholnic\u00ed, p\u0159esto vynikala nad ostatn\u00ed svou tichost\u00ed a pokorou. Kdyby se neosv\u011bd\u010dila ve sv\u00e9m v\u0161edn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b a nem\u011bla tyto ctnosti, nebyly by br\u00e1ny v\u00e1\u017en\u011b jej\u00ed vize a intervence ve prosp\u011bch jin\u00fdch. Nelze proto zjednodu\u0161en\u011b pova\u017eovat tuto sestru za hysterickou\u00b9\u2079 a to i p\u0159es n\u011bkdy p\u0159ehnanou z\u00e1libu barokn\u00ed doby v \u00fact\u011b ke svat\u00fdm. Jej\u00ed zpov\u011bdn\u00edk p\u00ed\u0161e sv\u00e9 z\u00e1pisky kupodivu velmi st\u0159\u00edzliv\u011b\u00b2\u2070 a pros\u00ed \u010dten\u00e1\u0159e o pokorn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k \u010detb\u011b. Je to premonstr\u00e1tka, kter\u00e1 milovala spolusestry, jak \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 \u0158ehole, milovala liturgii a v\u0161e co je s n\u00ed spjato, v\u0161e ob\u011btovala pro sp\u00e1su du\u0161\u00ed a byla cele odd\u00e1na Pann\u011b Marii. Posledn\u00ed dva body jsou u n\u00ed specificky v\u00fdrazn\u00e9. \u010clenka kanovnick\u00e9ho kn\u011b\u017esk\u00e9ho \u0159\u00e1du, kter\u00fd pr\u00e1v\u011b v t\u00e9 dob\u011b znovu na\u0161el svou identitu, uplatnila sv\u00e9 (obecn\u00e9) kn\u011b\u017estv\u00ed nejen ch\u00f3rovou modlitbou, ale i mimo\u0159\u00e1dnou ob\u011btavost\u00ed za du\u0161e (zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v o\u010distci) a vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm nasazen\u00edm duchovn\u00edmi radami nebo korespondenc\u00ed. Co \u0159\u00edci z\u00e1v\u011brem? Stoj\u00ed za pov\u0161imnut\u00ed, \u017ee v posledn\u00edm vyd\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159\u00e1dov\u00e9ho Hagiologia chyb\u00ed postava sestry ze 17. stolet\u00ed\u00b2\u00b9. Maxmili\u00e1na by mohla vhodn\u011b tuto mezeru zaplnit\u00b2\u00b2. Meditovat nad jej\u00edm p\u0159\u00edkladem, studovat podrobn\u011bji texty od n\u00ed a o n\u00ed, by st\u00e1lo za n\u00e1mahu. Maxmili\u00e1na p\u0159edpov\u011bd\u011bla, \u017ee bude kl\u00e1\u0161ter zru\u0161en, ale t\u00e9\u017e, \u017ee se do n\u011bj sestry znovu vr\u00e1t\u00ed. Tou navr\u00e1tiv\u0161\u00ed se generac\u00ed jsme pr\u00e1v\u011b my\u2026.. Je to zavazuj\u00edc\u00ed, ale i nad\u011bjn\u00e9. Lze p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edmluva na\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edch\u016fdkyn\u011b za du\u0161e je stejn\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1, jako byla za jej\u00edho pozemsk\u00e9ho \u017eivota.
